Decree No. 115 of 2014 (IV. 3.) Korm of the Government laying down the rules of pricing for agricultural water supply.

This Decree sets forth the rules of determination of fees to be paid for the supply of water for agricultural purposes. The central budget shall cover the fees of agricultural water supply through water administration authorities. The supply and conveyance of water shall be regulated by contract.
