Decree No. 118 of 2011 (XII.15.) VM of the Ministry of Rural Development on the reduction of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions resulting from the storage, distribution of petrol and from refuelling of motor vehicles at service stations.

This Decree applies to the storage of petrol and to operations, equipment, vehicles and vessels used during petrol distribution (refuelling and transport) from terminals to service stations, and to the reduction of petrol vapour emitted during refuelling of motor vehicles at service stations. It provides specific rules relative to terminals, to transporting tanks and to service stations. It also contains rules on petrol vapour recovering operations and other proceedings, on keeping the register and on sanctions.
