Abstract
This Decree establishes which are the authorities responsible for hydrogeology activities and which are their duties. The authorities responsible are: the minister in charge of water management and water administration governance, the National Water Directorate and its local offices, the National Institute for Environment and its local offices, and the Research Institute for Environment and Water Management. Data regarding waters are kept in the central and local water data base.
