Abstract
This Decree sets out provisions implementing the Basic Act on forests, on their protection and forestry activities. The most important provisions regard: forestry facilities, marking of forestry unit s borders, database of forest managers, National Forestry Board, National Forest Database, annual notification of planned forestry activities, forestation, reforestation, monitoring of forests health and prevention of damages, fruition of forest products, timber extraction, collateral payable as guarantee for reforestation in case of clear-cut, and utilization of forests.
