Abstract
This Decree applies to the operation of state owned agricultural water supplying services which are not subject to concession, and when the territorial organ of the water authority is the trustee of the property. The competent water authority invites tenders for a limited competition. Tender documents shall be prepared according to the rules of this Decree. A commission of the water authority shall select the best offer. According to Articles 4 and 5 contracts for operation of services and for water supply must be stipulated. There are rules regarding the demand of water, rules on the operation of the water supplying services, rules regarding water uses and use restrictions.
