Abstract
Activities eligible for subsidization are determined in Annex 7 to this Decree. The main categories of activities are: agrarian production, promotion of the access to the market, investments in the agrarian economy, investments in the development of irrigation and soil improvement, implementation of prevention programs against damages caused by water, forest conservation and forestry, soil conservation and utilisation, stockbreeding and organization of breeding, fishery, management of fauna, duties in connection with the implementation of goals of the agrarian policy, the SAPARD program, agrarian logistics, and family farms. The subsidy may be granted in the following forms: a) producers’ income increasing or production cost reducing direct subsidy, b) interest subsidy of loans lasting one-year or less, c) interest subsidy of loans lasting more than one year, d) contribution for development. The method of subsidy granting, application for subsidy and other details shall be determined in separate regulations.
