Abstract
The Government declares as "sensible surface waters" the surface waters listed in Annex 1, i.e. Lake Balaton, Lake Velencei and Lake Ferto. The catchment area of sensible surface waters is determined by the territory of the municipalities listed in Annex 2. Standards and limit values relative to urban sewerage system and waste water treatment within the catchment area of sensible surface waters are determined in separate rules. The Minister of Environmental Protection supervises the quality of sensible waters and of those waters not classified as such, on the basis of the criteria contained in Annex 3 of this Decree, and if necessary, he may propose to the Government the modification of this Decree.
