Abstract
This Decree provides rules regarding the transport of waste in case of disaster when a provisional or emergency service is needed. The competent organ for the organization and implementation of emergency operations shall be the local organ of the professional central disaster management organ. There are also provisions regarding the determination of fees, accounting and compensation for damages.
