Abstract
This Decree publishes the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, which aims at protecting human health and the environment against adverse effects resulting from modifications of the ozone layer by strengthening the cooperation amongst the Parties through exchanges of information, consultation, research and monitoring. The minister of environmental protection and water is responsible for implementation of this Decree.
