Decree No. 317 of 2001 of the Government on interest subsidy and state guarantee relative to preferential loans for family farms and other small and medium size agricultural companies.

Loans taken under this Decree by family farms (defined in Act No. LV of 1994 on arable land), and by small and medium size agricultural companies and peasants who are proprietors of lands not exceeding 300 hectares (falling under Act No. XCV of 1999 on small and medium size companies and on financing their development), may be eligible to interest subsidy. This Decree determines the sources of the interest subsidy, the minimum and maximum amount that can be granted, and other conditions to be fulfilled by the contractor. State guarantee may be granted to family farms which have subscribed to a loan under this Decree.
