Abstract
Registration of family farms is the duty of county agricultural offices upon request of the farmer. The Decree determines the requisites which the farmer must meet for being registered and provides rules for the cancellation of farms from the register. Article 9-12 provide general rules regarding the subsidization of family farmers (interest subsidies, tax exemption, revenue exemption, grants), while Articles 13-14 contains special rules on subsidization. Administrative proceedings of application for subsidization are also regulated in this Decree.
