Abstract
This Decree declares of utmost importance at national level the investment projects and proceedings directly connected to their implementation and operation listed in Annex 1 and Annex 2, and administrative proceedings to ensure temporary potable water supply by authorizing, establishing and operating water tanks and filtering facilities.
