Abstract
Article 1 amends Article 6(3) of Decree No. 94 of 1988 of the Cabinet regarding shares of cooperatives' assets. The issuer has the right of purchase, in case of death or termination of employment, of shares owned by the employee, free of charge. The nominal value of the share shall apply. Once this Decree enters into force, cooperatives may no longer issue shares.
