Abstract
These Rules lay down detailed rules for an action program for the protection of waters and soil against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources and with a procedure for the provision of information and registration.
The action program is the observance of the requirements of the Good Agricultural Practice for those engaged in agricultural activities.
