Abstract
This Decree contains detailed rules regarding the application procedure for recognition, the content of the application. The application may be approved or refused by the minister of rural development. Recognized organizations shall inform the ministry about any change in data concerning the given organization. Article 5 provides that interprofessional organizations must elaborate yearly working plan and submit it and must report yearly on their activity and the implementation of the previous working plan to the ministry. This article foresees other reporting obligations as well. If it is the case, on-site inspection may be carried out.
