Abstract
This Decree foresees the establishment of producer’s organization which must be accredited by the state. Articles 5-9 provide rules regarding conditions and procedure of accreditation. Article 10 contains provisions on control and monitoring of observance by the producer’s organizations of the conditions necessary for their accreditation. Special rules concerning tobacco producer’s organizations are laid down in Article 11.
