Decree No. 9 of 1991 of the Ministry of Agriculture on crop estimation.

This Decree applies to wheat, rye, winter barley, spring barley, oat, rice, maize, potatoes, sunflower, sugar beet, tobacco, onion, tomato, paprika, apricot, apple and grapes. The estimation must be carried out by experts in agriculture. The Annex of the Decree classifies crops in terms of their condition (good, average, bad). If significant changes are expected the Ministry can order further estimations.
