Government Decree No. 356/2015. (XII. 2.) on the publication of the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Hungary and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the peaceful uses of nuclear energy.

This Government Decree publishes the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Hungary and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the peaceful uses of nuclear energy. The purpose of this Agreement is to cooperate in the field of peaceful use, development and application of atomic energy and may include exchange of information and technology; delivery of nuclear substances and equipment; implementation of research, development and planning activities in the field of agriculture, industry, electric energy production and medicine; technical training; and technical aid and service provision, including exchange of technical staff and experts. The competent authorities for the implementation of this Agreement for Hungary is the minister in charge of energy policy and the director-general of the National Atomic Energy Office. This Agreement shall be in force for 10 years, then renewable for other 5 years.
