Abstract
The Program is contained in Annex 1. Waste water sewerage areas are determined in Annexes 2 and 3 on the basis of resident equivalent (unit used in Council Directive of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment (91/271/EEC)). The Government supervises the Program every two years and modifies it if necessary.
