Abstract
This Decree sets out the requisites of sustainable production of biofuel, provides rules regarding the sustainable production of biomass and the certification of sustainability. It contains rules regarding the compulsory rate of biofuels in traditional fuels; the traceability of and reporting on the quantity of marketed biofuels; the register of biomasss traders, processors and of fuel distributors. The Decree establishes the biofuel greenhouse-gas emission database. The Decree forsees also penalties for offenders. The public admnistration authority what concerns agricultural matters is the Central Agricultural Office.
