Abstract
Species falling under this Law are listed in Annex 1. Requisites for obtaining the authorization of keeping dangerous animals are set out in arts. 2-5. Offenders may be liable to penalties according to the provisions of the Governmental Decree no. 244 of 1998 on animal protection penalties.
