Abstract
This Law, in order to promote the interests of domestic viticulture, raise the standard of wine production, improve the marketability of its products, and develop modern protection of origin and quality, here regulates the creation of mountain communities, mountain community councils, wine region councils and the National Council of Mountain Communities (mountain community organizations). This text also sets detailed rules on the organization, operation, tasks of their self-governments, as well as the authorizations necessary for their provision. The scope of rules prescribed by this Law shall be applied to all natural and legal persons engaged in viticulture and wine production and viticulture and wine purchasing activities, as well as to organizations without legal personality, as well as to mountain community organizations, their members and officials, as well as mountain judges, regional secretaries and covers wine region secretaries.
