Abstract
This Law regulates the constitution, organization, operation, rights, duties and responsibilities of forest owners' associations and of their members. The associations issue membership certificates representing not only the interest in the assets of the association but also the voting right and use rights over forests used or owned by the association. Membership rights may be transferred or inherited together with the ownership right only.
