Abstract
With this Law, in connection with the 1979 Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution (which entered into force in Hungary on 6 April 2004), the Parliament promulgates the Protocol on Persistent Organic Pollutants in the Environment. The minister responsible for environmental protection shall take care of the measures necessary for the implementation of this Law.
