Abstract
With this Law, the Parliament (as previously granted by related national legislation) authorizes the implementation and amendments to the Protocol on heavy metals adopted in Aarhus on 24 June 1998, annexed to the 1979 Geneva Convention on long-range transboundary air pollution. This text also recognizes the binding effect of Resolution No. 2012/5 adopted by the executive body of the Convention.
