Decree of the Director General of the Climate Change Control No. SK.MOEF Dg-CC No. 8, Series of 2019 on the Determination of Forest Reference Emission Level (FREL) for Sub-National (Province).

This Decree of the Director General of the Climate Change Control establishes the Determination of Forest Reference Emission Level (FREL) for Sub-National (Province). In particular, it establishes FREL at the subnational (province) as a sub-national reference for implementation of GHG emission reduction activities assess performance in implementing REDD+. The determination of Sub-National (Provincial) FREL as referred to in FIRST AMAR as a reference for setting limits on the level of emissions in the Sub-National does not exceed the reference level national emissions, and facilitates the mitigation of synchronization efforts REDD+ with other climate change mitigation efforts.
