Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 515/Kpts/SR. 140/9/2007 on Registration of Pesticide for Export.

This Decree, consisting of 6 articles and one Appendix, regulates the Registration of Pesticide for Export. The registration holder as referred to in art. 1 shall: a) guarantee the quality of pesticides, in accordance with the data and information provided in the application for registration; b) guarantee container, packaging and label of pesticide in accordance with Regulation of Minister of Agriculture No. 07/Permentan/SR.140/2/2007 concerning Terms and Procedures of Pesticide Registration and or other applicable provisions; c) submit annual report on the implementation of its pesticide exports to the Minister of Agriculture on Licensing and Investment Center. For certain purposes on request of importers, the Minister of Agriculture may consider the change of name, container and label of pesticide as referred to in art. 1.
