Decree of the Minister of Communications No. KP.26/2000 awarding operation permit to PERTAMINA to operate pier III LNG/LPG of PERTAMINA Special Port of Bontang in village of Satimpo, District of South Bontang, Bontang Administrative City, regency of Kutai, Province of East Kalimantan.

The Decree ratifies the operation permit, functions and activities of the Special Port of PERTAMINA, among whose are those of environmental management, waste disposal and storage of potentially contaminating substances/materials shipped in the port, anchorage and docking and, more generally, assistance and support of local oil and natural gas mining activities.
