Abstract
This Ministerial Decree, based on the Regulation no. 8 of 2022 concerning the types of commodities required for the control of fish quarantine and the quality and safety of fishery products, provides for implementing the provisions of article 3 paragraph (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance no. 141/PMK.04/2020 concerning prohibitions and restrictions on the the import and export of goods. The Decree defines in the appendix a list of fish and marine products to be checked for quality and safety, whose import and export is restricted: snakes, turtles, various fish species, including sharks and rays.
