Decree of the Ministry of Forestry No. 273/KPTS-IV/93 on the classification of types of wood as the basis for the imposition of forestry fees.

The present Decree is enacted within the framework of a policy aiming at "imposing Reforestation Funds and Forest Product Fees on logs and/or materials produced by the holders of Forest Concessions/holders of Rights on the Collection of Forest Products/holders of Wood Processing Industry Licences and holders of other legal licences" (preamble). To this end, the Decree establishes the list of types of wood to be used as the basis for the imposition of forestry fees throughout the country. The list is contained in the attachment.
