Abstract
This Government Regulation amends the Government Regulation no. 45 of 2004 concerning Forest Protection Procedures. Amendments concern: replacement of provisions regarding administrative and criminal sanctions; certification for transport of forest products; issuance of permission for utilisation of forest products.
