Abstract
This Government Regulation makes provisions for the proper utilization of energy resources, energy sources and energy through the application of energy efficient technology; efficient and rational utilization of energy; responsibilities of the government, regional governments, entrepreneurs and communities; and for the realization of energy conservation plans.
