Law no. 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations intended to become Law, in Lieu of Law no. 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation.

This Law concerns the definition of Regulations for job creation, in order to: fulfil the citizens right to work through the job creation, to improve the development of the country, to increase the protection of the welfare of workers, strengthen the cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises, attract more investment in the job sector. The Law provides for declaring the Regulation in place of Law no. 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation as a Law and thus attaches to it as an inseparable part of this Law.
The attached Regulations focus on: development of cooperatives and micro-enterprises; strengthening investment in national strategic projects; measures to reduce the increasing inflation; equal rights; measures to improve investment opportunities and business activities; simplification of business licenses requirements; preparation of detailed spatial Plans at both National and local levels, concerning zoning, protected areas and cultivated land; measures for environmental protection and management; control of environmental pollution, and environmental damages; criteria and procedures for the environmental impact assessment; licensing and supervision of business activities that affect the environment, with specific approval from the central or regional government; sanctions and liabilities in case of environmental violations; approval and inspection of building construction plans; definition of technical standards and requirements for building construction; public procurement of land; acquisition of land for development and public interest.
