Abstract
This Law provides for amending and updating several provisions of the Law no. 4 of 2009 concerning minerals and mining operations. The Law defines and concerns: mining activity; minerals; coal; mining business; rock mining permit; work permit; transport and sales permit; exploration; State-owned enterprises; transportation of minerals and coal from mining area to the place of delivery; environmental impact analysis and environmental audit; reclamation; community participation; post-mining activity. Amendments concern: insertion of a chapter regarding the mineral and coal management Plan, focused on: environmental preservation, zoning and spatial plan, availability of mining land, compliance with the national development Plan; issuance of rock mining permits; mining activities.
