Presidential Regulation no. 24 of 2023 concerning the Master Plan for the Acceleration of Papuan Development for 2022-2041.

This Presidential Regulation, implementing provisions of article 57 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation no. 107 of 2021 concerning Management, Supervision and Master Plan for the Acceleration of Development in the context of Implementing Special Autonomy for the Province of Papua, concerns the Master Plan for the Acceleration of Development for Papua for 2022-2041, as a document including programmes, activities, funding sources, and synergies between development actors within a defined time frame, in accordance with the national medium-term development plan period. Matters covered by this Regulation include: content of the Master Plan; duties and tasks of Ministers and Local Authorities, in order to: accelerate development and special autonomy for the Papua region, in the context of sustainable development; accelerate district and village-based development of Papua remote and underdeveloped areas; empower local entrepreneurship, strengthening indigenous communities’ entrepreneurs; allocation of funds and sources for implementing the Master Plan.
