Abstract
This Presidential Regulation provides for the establishment of the National Council of Climate Change and defines its internal organization and its tasks.
Functions and tasks of the Council include: formulating national policies, strategies, programs and activities on climate change control efforts and coordinating these activities; formulating policies on the mechanisms and procedures of carbon trade; and strengthening the bargaining position of Indonesia at international forums in controlling climate change.
