Presidential Regulation no. 52 of 2023 concerning Government Work Plans for 2024.

This Presidential Regulation, implementing provisions of article 21 paragraph (21) of the Government Regulation no. 17 of 2017 concerning Synchronisation of Planning and Budgeting Processes for National Development, concerns the government Work Plan as the national development planning document, valid for the year 2024. The Regulation defines the structure of the Work Plan: chapter 1 includes introduction, background and objectives; chapter 2 covers the planning spectrum for national development and development funding strategy; chapter 3 focuses on themes and targets for national development, economic growth, Policy directions and strategies; chapter 4 covers national priorities; chapter 5 includes implementation rules and the institutional framework; chapter 6 details goals description, indicators, targets, funding allocations and agencies executor. The Regulation prescribes guidelines for government in compiling State Revenue and Expenditure Budget Law, and for local government in preparing regional Plans.
