Presidential Regulation Number 139 of 2024 concerning the Arrangement of Duties and Functions of the State Ministries of the Red and White Cabinet for the 2024-2029 Period

This Presidential Regulation, implementing provisions of Law no. 39 of 2008, establishes the organisational framework for the arrangement of duties and functions of the State Ministries of the Red and White Cabinet for the 2024-2029 Period. The Regulation provides for: improving governance, coordination and efficiency of the ministries; ensuring existing governmental agencies and their tasks remain effective and salaries or benefits are maintained during transitional periods; assigning specific roles and coordination responsibilities to different ministers, especially for security, politics, economy, social affairs, and other sectors. The Regulation concerns the competencies of the following Ministries: human rights protection; primary and secondary education; protection of migrant workers; housing and urban development; forestry; environmental affairs and protection of the environment; Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises; tourism; agriculture; food security; fisheries and maritime affairs;
