Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) no. 185 of 2014 concerning the Acceleration of Drinking Water and Sanitation Supply.

This Ministerial Regulation provides for increasing the level of community welfare and the public health, through the achievement of universal access to drinking water and sanitation services. The Regulation concerns: sanitation services development; sanitation planning; drinking water roadmap and Master Plan; principles for the implementation of drinking water and sanitation services: environmental protection, sustainable use, community participation, affordability; development and application of technology to the drinking water supply system; implementation of water quality and sanitation standards; construction of infrastructures for drinking water supply services implementation.
