Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2025 concerning Forest Area Regulation

This Presidential Regulation, implementing provisions of Law no. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry, in its last amended version, provides for the procedures for regulating land management and mining, plantation, and other activities in forest area. The Regulation concerns: forestry protection measures; conservation forest. The Regulation covers the following matters: imposition of administrative fines; re-occupation of forest area; recovery of assets in forest areas; issuance of forest permit; creation of a task force for implementing provision of the Regulation.
