Abstract
This Regulation implements provisions on the export of rice as set out in Regulation of the Trade Minister No. 13/M-DAG/PER/3/2009.
The Regulation provides for: types of rice that can be exported; rice quality; companies that may export rice; volumes of rice that may be exported; requirements for obtaining an export approval from the Director General of Foreign Trade; packaging requirements; etc.
