Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia no. 107 of 2015 on Industrial Business Permit.

This Regulation, consisting of 42 articles and implementing the provisions of article 108 of Law no. 3 of 2014 on Industrial Affairs, provides for industrial business permit and defines the following relevant terms: industry; industrial service; base material; industrial business permit; industrial company; industrial expansion; expansion permit; Indonesian standard of industrial classification. Matters covered by this Regulation include: classification of industrial business permit; content of industrial business permit, including investment value and taxpayer identification number, certification that the industry do not cause wide ranging environmental pollution; warranting of security and safety of equipment, processes and production results; authorities responsible for issuing the permit and industrial sectors where the permit may be issued, including: alcoholic beverages industries, industries that have a significant impact on the environment; procedures and documents for obtaining permit, including environmental permits and environmental management; administrative sanctions; transitional provisions.
