Abstract
This Regulation, implementing provisions of the Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, provides for land acquisition for development in the public interest through the following stages: planning, preparation, implementation and delivery of results. The Regulation concerns: land rights, land conversion, public land, public consultation, compensation, land evaluation, business entity. The Regulation covers the acquisition of land in the following sectors: national defence and security; public roads, airports, seaports; reservoirs, dams, weirs, waterways and other irrigation structures; oil, gas and geothermal infrastructure; places for waste disposal and processing; natural and cultural reserves; food security areas. Matters covered by this Regulation include: data collection of the location of the development plan; respect of customary law and tradition of local communities; public consultation on development plan; procedure to be followed in the event that a land acquisition object has the status of a forest area.
