Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia no. 44 of 2021, concerning the implementation of prohibition of monopolistic practices and unfair business competition.

This Regulation, implementing provisions of the Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, provides for the implementation of the prohibition of monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. The Regulation concerns: monopoly; business actors; consumers; authorities of the Indonesia competition commission and power to impose administrative sanctions; types of sanctions and penalties, including compensation; examination of objections against the decision of the commission; Regulations stipulated by the commission.
