This Regulation, consisting of 8 Chapters, establishes Compensation to be paid to land title holders for Land, Buildings and Plants located below free space of High-Voltage Aerial Network. It specifies all necessary requirements to obtain the above mentioned compensation, that shall be paid according to different criteria and environmental standards.
