Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry no. P.66/Menlhk/Setjen/Kum.1/10/2019 concerning Administration of Timber Forest Products Derived from Natural Forests.

This Ministerial Regulation provides for the fulfilment of record and distribution of timber forest products from natural forests and concerns: administration of timber forest products; production forest; natural forest; forest managers; business permit for the utilisation of timber forest products; ecosystem protection; processing of logs in industry of forest products; production planning; use and identification of trees to be logged; test measurement; wood marking; transportation of timber forest products, related documents and procedures; export and import of forest products; financing; administrative sanctions.
