Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number P.45/Menlhk/Setjen/Hpl.0/5/2016 concerning Procedures for Changing the Area of Business Permits for Utilisation of Forest Products in Production Forests.

This Ministerial Regulation, implementing provisions of article 4 paragraph (2) letter c of the Law no. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry, in its amended version, and provisions of article 17 paragraph (1) of the Government Regulation no. 6 of 2007 concerning Forest Management and Preparation of Forest Management Plans in its amended version, provides for changing the area of business permits for utilisation of forest products in forest production. The Regulation concerns production forest in a forest area; forest products utilisation permit; business permit for the utilisation of timber forest products; protection of forest ecosystem; restoration of flora and fauna; biodiversity conservation; planting activity; sustainable use of forests; application procedures for changing areas of business permits and specific requirements and exempts for protected areas; mapping of requested areas.
