Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 1 of 2021 concerning the Corporate Performance Rating Assessment Programme in Environmental Management.

This Ministerial Regulation, based on the provisions of Article 63 paragraph (1) letter o and Article 64 of Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, in its last amended version, provides guidance and supervision on compliance of the performance of business and activity managers with environmental management provisions. The Regulation includes a proper programme for ensuring compliance, consisting of the following stages: planning; implementation; ranking determination; awarding, guidance, and law enforcement. The Regulation covers the following topics: corporate performance rating programme in environmental management; business activity; industry; transportation service infrastructure; electronic reporting system for environmental licensing; wastewater; emissions; hazardous and toxic materials; hazardous and toxic waste; water pollution control; air pollution control; land damage control; water source management; environmental impact assessment; environmental management and planning; environmental audit.
