Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 1 of 2023 concerning Implementation of Government Internal Control Systems within the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.

This Regulation concerns the implementation of the Government's internal control system within the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, as an integral process of actions carried out continuously by the leadership and all employees to provide for: the achievement of organisational goals through effective and efficient activities, the reliability of financial reporting, the safeguarding state assets, and the compliance with regulations legislation. Specifically, the internal control system consists of: risk assessment procedures; environmental control; information and communication procedures; internal monitoring. Matters covered by the Regulation include: preparatory stages of the internal control system; implementation phase and preparation of internal control plan.
