Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 3 of 2021 concerning Business Activity Standards in the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing in the Environmental and Forestry Sector

This Ministerial Regulation, in order to implement the provisions of Article 6 paragraph (7) of Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing, provides for defining Business Activity Standards for the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing in the Environmental and Forestry Sector. According to the text of the Regulation, the Minister is empowered to establish business activity standards for the implementation of risk-based business licensing in the environmental and forestry sectors, as specified in the Attachment, which is an integral part of the Regulation. The Regulation covers the following activities: business activities in production forest; utilisation of plantation forest wood; utilisation of non-timber forest products; utilisation of wood produced from ecosystem restoration in natural forests; other kind of forestry enterprises.
